Leah Black, from Clonmeen, Drumgor, Craigavon, is charged with failing to provide a specimen when in charge and untfit in the Larkfield Meadows area of Craigavon on August 30 this year.

Black’s barrister Mr David McKeown said his client revealed this case is related to an incident which was filmed as part of an upcoming BBC documentary.

"The footage is highly relevant,” he said, adding it is likely he will lodge a third party application to procure a copy of the footage and asked for a two-week adjournment.

Mr McKeown told the court that may depend on whether the BBC has an issue giving the court a copy of the footage.

District Judge Barry McElholm adjourned the case until November 13 for attitude. “That will depend on whether you can get the footage.”
