Why single this out?

I find it disturbing to read that a DRD official instructed the removal of posters advertising a gospel mission with the threat of a £50 fine on every poster placed on lampposts if they are not removed asap.

As the Rev. Thomas Martin of Lisburn Free Presbyterian Church stated, where is the consistency? On a recent trip to Londonderry I saw posters advertising an Easter Sunday republican commemoration march. Free Marian Price posters were also on lamp posts. In the Derry City cemetery there is a large statue of a gun man that I believe no planning application was ever applied for. All over Northern Ireland there are offensive memorial gardens to terrorists, again no planning permission exists for them. In our own city I see posters on lamp posts advertising businesses and other events which need more attention than a church being told to remove gospel posters.
