Bill edges it at Royal Portrush
BILL Tennant and Dr Tom Turner both returned net 71s on Saturday over the Dunluce links of Royal Portrush Golf Club.
Countback for the back nine scores saw Bill take the honours and push Tom into silver position. Robert Currie recorded a net 72 for the bronze spot.
Garth McGimpsey picked up another gross prize for his return of 72.
