Community spirit praised after money raised for Mahon Hall residents

Upper Bann MLA Jonathan Buckley hailed the success of a fundraiser for residents of Mahon Hall as a fantastic example of community spirit.

“I would like to congratulate the residents of Deramore Drive for their community-led initiative in fundraising for Mahon Hall residential home.

“Through community street bingo they raised over £1300. The money raised will fund televisions, a karaoke set and a cash donation.”
