There is one quarter-final in the City Cup this Saturday plus four games in the Premiership.

City Cup

Lincoln Courts v Draperstown

The Courts suffered a blow to their title aspirations after last Saturday’s defeat but they still played well and are still not out of the race. They will be hoping to book their place in the last four with a win here.

Draperstown will be no pushovers as they showed with last weeks win at Drummond, that was an excellent performance against a decent side, they will relish the chance to claim another Premier sides scalp.

Prediction: Lincoln Courts.

Premier Division

Ardmore v Foyle Wanderers

A game not to be missed as the top two lock horns.

Ardmore are scoring goals for fun but this will be their biggest test so far this season, that said they have players who are used to winning trophies so they will relish this game.

Wanderers are determined to retain the title and they still remain unbeaten and they know that three points from this one would be a big boost to their title hopes, a game sure to produce plenty of thrills with a draw the likely outcome.

Prediction: Score Draw.

Greysteel v Claudy Rovers

Two sides who are struggling at the wrong end of the table, the home side were expecting to show an improvement in their results after getting their Gaelic players back but it hasn’t worked out yet.

Rovers in their last few games have been scoring regularly but they keep conceding and are being dragged into a relegation scrap, with both sides out of form a share of the points seems likely.

Prediction: Score Draw.

Limavady United Drummond v Lisahally

The Roesiders were disappointed with last weeks defeat and they must concentrate on this competition, they are not playing as well as the side they have on paper but that will surely come.

The visitors are playing some excellent football and although not probably going to win the league title this season they are very much the side to look out for in the coming seasons, their winning run may continue.

Prediction: Lisahally.

Tullyally v BBOB

Tullyally’s season just goes from bad to worse, they are a shadow of the side that were performing with credit a few months ago, their management team must be gravely concerned with their loss of form.

Don Olphert must have had a big smile on his face last Saturday night after finally breaking their duck and getting their first points of the season, his side have the ideal game to get another victory.
