SEVERAL of Lisburn Distillery’s new signings will feature in their first pre-season friendly on Saturday against Dundela at Wilgar Park, kick-off 2.30pm.

Andrew Ferguson, Neil Gawley, goalkeeper Andrew Dickie and former Dromara prolific goalscorer Declan O’Connor will get a run out.

“We have a few lads still on holidays and I don’t expect a settled team until the end of July but Saturday gets us off and running,” says manager Tommy Wright.

“We have had four training sessions and the boys look in good shape. I’m not so much looking for results in the friendly matches but more emphasis will be on the performance.

“The main aim is to get in the best shape possible for the start of the season.”
