Groups and organisations within the Lisburn and Castlereagh community joined with the council to bring a very successful †̃Rainbows and Umbrellas - Brighter Days Aheadâ€TM Mayorâ€TMs Carnival Parade and Family Fun Day to the city.  Over 11,000 enjoyed the day which culminated in Wallace Park with musical, crafts, horticulture and funfair amusements to name a few of the activities.
